So, thank ImissTrishStratus for giving me the awesome line "somebody here has to be the voice of reason" on which this whole fic was based and thank my wonderful random hat filled with random pairings that I can write about for giving me Steph/Lita/Trish… and now onto the fic…
"Well... what do you think Amy?"
Amy looked up from the magazine, looking between her two lovers.
"Ermmm... no comment..." She said before looking back down at her magazine. She heard a small exhalation of breath that she knew came from Trish and she knew that meant there was going to be protest.
"You can't always use that as an answer baby... now 'Navajo white' or 'cottage white'?" Trish asked, holding up the samples of the colors that were currently up for debate.
Amy shrugged her shoulders, not even looking up from her magazine. She knew from experience that when Trish and Stephanie started arguing, especially over something like what color to paint the bathroom, it was wise to stay far away from that argument and never under any circumstance side with one over the other.
"Well... you've got to have an opinion on the situation..." Stephanie piped in.
"Nope... I really don't..." Amy said, trying her best to look absorbed in the magazine she was reading although, honestly, it really hadn't captured her attention.
She heard another obviously irritated exhalation of breath, this time from Stephanie.
"Why do you always do this?" Stephanie asked.
"Do what?" Amy asked risking a quick glance at the billion dollar princess.
"Refuse to choose..." Stephanie responded.
Amy shifted, feeling a hand, that she suspected to be Trish's, creeping up her leg. She risked a quick glance, confirming her suspicion.
"You know, the quicker you pick one, the quicker we can move onto more interesting things..." Trish said, changing her tactics.
Amy chuckled. As tempting as that sounded, she knew better.
"You mean, the quicker I pick, the quicker you two can start yelling at me... I don't think so..." She concluded. " Besides...somebody here has to be the voice of reason" She added.
She heard a sigh and knew that was accompanied by an eye roll from Trish as she removed her hand from her lover's thigh.
"I have an idea... why don't we just combine the colors and get a Navajo cottage white? Stephanie suggested.
"Hmmm... I love it..." Trish concluded, placing a quick kiss on Stephanie lips.
"Well... now that that's decided, why don't we move onto those more interesting things you were talking about..." Stephanie said seductively.
"Now that's sounds like a great idea..." Amy agreed, throwing her magazine carelessly to the side.
"Now, hold on there a second ms. 'voice of reason', since you didn't exactly assist in the decision process, why don't you just sit right there and watch" Trish said as she began unbuttoning Stephanie's crisp white button down shirt.
Amy groaned, leaning back against her chair. This really was a lose-lose situation.
The End. Review please :-p
