Etcetera was walking through the junkyard with her friend Electra when they heard a loud scream. They both looked at each other and ran towards the scream. When they reached the source of the scream, Etcetera's brothers Alonzo and Munkustrap were already there, trying to comfort Jemima, Etcetera's best friend. Electra and Etcetera ran towards the trio, Etcy shouting "What's wrong?" Jemima lifted her head at the sound of her best friend and immediately pulled away from the two toms and rushed over to Etcy and Leccy, crying. Etcy hugged Jemi, repeating her earlier sentence "What's wrong?" Jemi tried to tell Etcy but couldn't utter a word as she was crying so much. Etcy looked at Munks and Lonz, hoping they could answer her question, but they merely shrugged, suggesting they didn't know what was wrong either.
Etcy pulled away from Jemi and looked her in the eyes. "Jemi, tell me what's wrong." Jemi wiped away tears and whispered, "Macavity kitnapped Pounce, Tumble and Vicky!"
