The Starcrossed Lovers of Akatsuki
They could never be together . He was a god . She was an angel . In secret they could be together . In public they were only companions . They wanted each other , but could not fully have one another . They were the starcrossed lovers of Akatsuki .
Her name was Konan . She was a blue hired women that when smiled could make men twice her size cower in fear or feel like cupid struck him with one of his arrows . This was a talent that the only women in Akatsuki could use . It help complete many missions . It also helped one more thing . It help her partner fall in love with a women that nobody could have .
His name was Pein . He was a fire red haird man . The called himself a god and to many he was . But to one women he was more . So much more . He was her everything . Her life . Her soul . He saw this and she saw this .
They wanted each other , but could never have . The other members would hear the silent moans coming from the room that was shared with the blue haired comrade and their leader . They never asked the questions that burned brightly in their minds . They stayed silent .
One by one Akatsuki started to die . First was the puppet wilder Sasori . Second was the Jashin worshiping immortal , Hidan . Then shortly after his partner the man with many heart , Kakuzu the other immortal .
Next was the artist that loved the ' BANG ' of his clay art , Deidara . After him was the man that had killed his whole can , except his younger brother , Itachi .
Everyone was dieing off .
Soon Akatsuki attacked the village hidden in the Leaves , Konoha . Soon only Pein and Konan were the only members of Akatsuki that were alive . The other five bodies of Pein had been defeated . Pein was fighting the nine-tailed host .
It was a lost cause they both knew , but he would not give up .
Konan watching , dying on the sidelines of a massive whole in her abdomen . She was as good as dead . Nothing could save her know . Finally Pein took a hit and flew through the air hitting the rock that Konan had been using to support herself .
Now Pein was as good as dead . He had a large rock centered right at his heart . The two looked into each other eyes facing death head on . Then they kissed . They knew that their time together was short and wanted to have one last kiss in goodbye .
They both tasted the blood from each other pool in their mouths . They broke apart and smiled one last time at each other . Then the both passed from the world that was full of hate that had caused then to be who they were . The staycrossed lover of Akatsuki .
