As usual, Granny prepared me a huge breakfast. She bought my favourite cereals, the ones with chocolate. Daddy says that they are not good for my health and for my teeth…but I like them.
After eating a bunch, I went on the second floor for having a shower but as I passed beyond my parents' bedroom, I saw Mom running at vampiric speed in some really shorts clothes and on her heels was Dad.
He opened the door, let Mommy entering before him then he followed her and he slammed and closed the door. And a few seconds later I heard:
– "But Doctor Cullen seams to be out of his office!"
–"Darling, it's an emergency case; Doc' Cul' can't wait to take care his beloved patient!"
And later :
–"Oh…Doc…your fingers do wonders, you're so perfect …"
And after I didn't understand everything but a quarter of hour later, I heard again some weird noises:
"Oh…Edwaaaard, that's just sooo gooood" and I also heard the sound of someone falling on the floor.
This day, I learned a few things: Daddy was a doctor even I still thought that the only one doctor in the family was Grandpa Carlisle and we should never try to understand what adults do.
