"Get them both!" His pulse quickened, and his hold on Rin tightened.
"Kakashi...Leave me..." He ignored her words and carried her off away from the cloud-nins chasing them.
He stopped, They were surrounded, his Sharingan eyes took notice of all the exits, there were none. "Hehehe, Now Hand the information over Son of the White Fang."
Gritting his teeth together, he sprinted into action. He landed several Kunai towards the nins, some missed, his hold on Rin loosened a bit. Then what happened next surprised even him.
He felt Rin kicking him below his shin, then did what he never thought was expected she flipped back over, and gave the important documents they were supposed to protect after retrieving it.
"Rin...Why? Why are you betraying Konoha?!" He asked, his breath shortening as he had also knocked several of the cloud-nins unconscious as he was holding her injured body.
She gave him a grim smile, and as if he was her enemy, she attacked him with a Kunai to his throat, clearly attempting to end his life.
However, he blocked the kunai, and intercepted its direction, and slightly sliced her finger. "Kakashi...Can't you see? Konoha...isn't the same anymore...not without Obito...The atmosphere there, its once cheerful and bright atmosphere, became more silent and gloomy. My family are all dead. Sensei is dead... Obito's family are dead, and all because of his most favorite little cousin...Might as well kill us all, eh? Kakashi...?"
He felt his heart almost stop beating at her answer. She wanted to give up life? Give up Konoha? After all the sacrifices done? He took a deep breath and finally made his decision...
"I'm Sorry...Rin...Obito...Sensei." With that he quickly killed the surrounding enemies using his chidori, before heading for the dreaded but necessary prize...
"Bye...Rin." Her face filled with fear, shame, and resignation towards her fate would haunt him in his many nightmares of broken promises, and people.
He wasn't sure if it was his mind playing tricks on him as he fell unconscious also resigned to the fate of himself dead by the cloud-nins that are still conscious and fully healthy and alive.
...But he heard a monstrously pained cry of "RIIINNNN!".That it almost sounded like as if Obito's own ghost came and just to spite him and rub salt on his broken promises and filled with horror and disappointment, as if Obito had watched through his- No. Obito's Sharingan eye given to him, and as if in rage...
When he woke up all Cloud-nins were dead, and he found Rin's dead bloodied body to be covered with blood as if Obito had came and killed all the Cloud-nins in anger, but left Kakashi and Rin alone in the center of all the surrounding dead bodies.
Hi! This is my first time (ever) making a fanfic! I just loved that scene in the manga about Obito seeing Kakashi killing Rin, so I was like...Hmmm, Imma make a fanfic of it, but based on Kakashi's POV! XD Though it's late considering the fact that, that chapter came out a few weeks ago ._.''
Sorry for its terrible grammar and stuff. English isn't exactly my first language! Nor is it my second, since I learned 4 different languages since I was a kid so it kinda got mixed up, and the grammar's messed up. And I'm just too lazy to edit it!
