Me and you; we've always faced all the challenges the world has has thrown our way together. Fighting side by side.

We've been fighting so long. Sometimes I wonder how we resist the feral instincts inside us. Still remember how to walk and talk. How to live. How to walk the line, that oh so thin wire, that exists between sanity and madness.
No matter how down I get; how far I sink into depression. Not suprising considering all the death we've seen. It's you who pulls me through; you call my name in the darkness. You make me strong.
You and I, the unbeatable duo. The fox and the crow. Side by side aginst the onslaught of battle we are strong. We stand tall against the backdrop of blood and death of the drama that is our lives.
I will always be there for you. When you fall I'll catch you. I know you would do the same for me.
That's how it's always been. How it will always remain to be.
When I head into battle against the world it's you who walks along side me.
Together we are strong. For we will always have to fight to stay on top. Fight our very existence so we don't sink under and forget who we are.
When you left for Oochimaru, that hurt me, but you came back. I would come back if you were left behind.
It took a long time for me to forgive you, but I did in the end. I need you too much.
When I cry at the end of the day, for the souls that were lost, when all they were doing is fighting for what they believe in, just like I am, you take me in your arms and make me feel safe.
And the next day we'll carry on fighting. Us against them all. Theres no end to the death and destruction that we cause.
But we'll always be above the others in Konoha, always the ones casting shadows over them.
And if one of us ever falls in battle the other will be there to catch them. I know.
We need each other to much to carry on the fight without the other. We are the ones you stand against the tidal wave of death.
We are not gonna ever fall. We both know that. We kow the limits to our powers; there limitless.
We must be doing something right here. Because we haven't fallen yet.
It has always beeen us against the enemy; the other ninja are just our backup.
We don't need them anyway. We stand tall over Konoha and we protect it with our lives.
