Disclaimer I own none of the supernatural universe, I'm just borrowing aspects of it.
a/n My second FanFiction, reviews appreciated. Criticism welcome.
An angel is a celestial being, forever living unless betrayed and slayed by their brethren; Warriors of heaven; and protector of the earth. Created by the father to serve one purpose only, to watch over the humans. One century an insignificant speak in their everlasting life and a single human insignificant and unimportant as a century passing.
So that was why it was such a shock to the angels of heaven, when one of their own would rebel against heaven and their own kind for another.
That another being a human being and one Dean Winchester and the angel being Castiel.
Castiel's rebellion caused major uproar in heaven and caused multiple angels to question their faith and purpose and sequentially be punished for those thoughts; and this caused fear throughout the angels of heaven; and led to the biggest war heaven had ever seen among their own, and the biggest controversy since Lucifer rebelled.
And Evangeline was in the middle of it all. When Castiel met Dean Winchester and started spending less time in heaven and more with Dean and his brother, she was watching from heaven. Though no one could predict the impact of that meeting, if most of the angels had a choice, they would have never sent Castiel to earth that day, and let him meet the man he had saved from hell.
Evangaline was a lonely angel and was sister to Castiel (in sister it would be said they were created at the same time by the father, though Castiel was created a little bit after, and they had been close as pudding pie ever since, hanging out together and requesting missions together and it was Evangaline who accompanied Castiel to hell to rescue Dean).
When Castiel took a vessel and met Dean Winchester, Evangaline was recovering from hell , where she almost died. So it was the first time she couldn't accompany him, and it was Evangaline's biggest regret up to date; Maybe she could have convinced him to stay with the garrison and not abandon his post, the angels and heaven. But if regrets were reversible the world would be a lot more uncomplicated.
So Evangaline was hunted by angels from both sides of the war. The side against Castiel, looking for information, and the side supporting Castiel, looking for her to further their cause and support them. But Evangaline didn't support either side, she preferred to be left out of it and dwell in her misery and loneliness over Castiel leaving.
To avoid the angels she moved through the souls different heavens, so they could never get a lock on her for long. It was a lonely and tiresome existence but it kept her alive, and that was all that really mattered.
A/N continue or not give me your opinions and criticism, be it either good or bad.
