Just a little teeny tiny fic...

Paige watched Wyatt sleep. He sucked on his thumb as he lay peacefully on his back, oblivious to the auntie standing above him. Oblivious to the pains the world has to offer. Such a sweet small baby, she rubbed his head, nothing to worry about now. Someday he'll feel the pains of betrayel, of lost love, of lost hope. He'll experience the things that she had felt so many times before. Hate, sadness, anger... Things she hoped he would feel till he's alot older. She hoped he would make the right decisions, and move on. Not doing the wrong things and just giving up on life itself, or isolate himself, into a world filled with fantasies. She doesn't want him to grow up, wanting the things that he can't have.

She wants him to have the perfect life, nothing like the kind of life she had lived.

But perfect comes a long way and the people of the Halliwell lone never could be happy. No one ever could be happy who bears the last name Halliwell. Lovers dying, the great being above ruining life and people dying. And for the sake of what? The world? What good would that to the person saving the world? That's a questions that bears on her mind, and leaves her thinking.

Paige sat down on the rocking chair that Leo put there before and just watched her nephew peacefully sleep. She would always do that, everynight. She could never sleep peacefully without knowing Wyatt is okay. Plus, with Chris' prophesy of the being evil in the future, she suspects it has something to do with the powerful baby sleeping in front of her. And all those demons out for Wyatt made her nervous each passing minute. She never could concentrate on anything, so that is why she made it her person mission to poroect Wyatt from harm's way.

"Paige," Said Piper from the open doorway, sending her shadow across the room. "You've got to stop doing this." She walked towards her and placed a comforting hand on her shoulder.

She smiled up at the concerned woman. "I can't help it, you know, I'm used to getting up and watching him. "She turned around to watch him, again. How could Piper or Phoebe not be worried? Her son was the most powerful baby to ever be born on the plane, demons constantly attack and still not be worried about. She's pretty knew at this, so that must be the reason.

"Maybe we should put your bed in here..." As much as Paige liked the sound of that, she would have to decline.

She stood up, shaking her head. "No thanks." She said, "I guess your right." Finally admitting defeat to one of her sisters.

"I know I'm right." Piper said with a smiled which Paige returned.

She let her sister take her out, and she rested her head against Piper's shoulder. But before she was fully out of the room, she turned around and smiled softly to the sleeping boy.

Stay safe, Wyatt.
