Disclaimer: I don't own Detective Conan that I don't, Gosho Aoyama-san does!
Takagi had always been adorable.
That one year when he had attended our school, he still had messy hair and brilliant blue eyes.
Of course, we were only twelve back then, but everyone knew that there was something about him.
Takagi's shy manner put the people around him at ease, and he radiated a kind of compassion that was far beyond his age.
Even then, he still blushed very frequently at close contact with people.
In short, he was and still is, an adorable and sweet person.
There were times that I dreamed of him, even after all these years.
Memories from then were supposed to be forgotten, but it's impossible to forget a person like him.
Who could forget that brilliant smile, and those kind blue eyes?
I think I imagine him one day, walking along the road hand in hand with someone.
I blink, since never in my entire life had a daydream seem so realistic.
Wow, it really is him....
The same tussled dark brown hair, and brilliant blue eyes.
But then he smiles, and I know that he has grown much.
Anyone can tell from his eyes that he loves you, and that you love him.
This kind of change is almost unreadable, like the change in seasons.
Only some time later, when you stop and take a step back do you realize what it had become.
Really, how can such as complicated and simple thing exist?
Takagi had always been adorable, and even now he is.
But now he's almost godly in a sense, so beautiful that it's almost painful for me.
His smile radiates a warmth, of words unspoken, of songs not yet sung, and his happiness lights up the whole atmosphere.
His eyes are dancing, brilliant blue eyes rippling with overflowing emotions.
He has changed and grown, by the presence of you, even though you might not realize it.
After all, just one word from the person you love, above anything else, makes you beautiful.
A/N: I'm really sorry it was so short. I got inspired to do this little drabble after finishing the manga "Beauty Pop."
And the result? THIS! That last sentence is originally from the manga itself, which I also do not own sadly.
I have to admit it's not one of my best works since it's my first attempt at a semi-angsty theme, but I do take pride in it. .
Please R&R(read and review)!
Thanks!! ^^
