Hey guys! I know that it has been the longest time since I've been here, but I'm trying to change that.
This idea has been running in my mind for ages, and I had to put it out:) It might be similar to other stories, but I promise I'm not trying to copy anyone! And, please tell me if you like it! I'm still not completely sure of the idea, so if you want me to continue, don't stay quiet!

Prologue
"I promise." His voice was steady as I stared into his deep, unfaltering eyes.
"Forever?" I sounded so weak, so scared. "Do you promise forever? And even after?"
His reply was almost laughing, "Yes, Max, I promise. I will always come back for you, even after forever. Let's just enjoy right now, because we can." I knew he was right. of course he was, but that didn't stop the fact that I was scared. Nor did it stop the flash of worry that jumped into his eyes as he spoke.
Love.
Was it a curse? A disease? Was it truly just a feeling?
Whatever it was, it had me good. It bound me tight, but gently.
Whatever it was, it was binding, like a silk ribbon.
A simple four-lettered word that basically navigated my life.
I watched him walk away, tears in my eyes.
He smiled and waved, and his lips formed the words, "I love you."
"Bye, Fang." I whispered.

I must have been standing there for hours...waiting. For what? Ugh, Goodness knows.
My mind wandered to the ring on my finger. Only recently placed, my heart surged every time I looked at it.
Then I remembered: Only if he comes back...
Ahhh! Can't believe how long it took me to get that out!
I know it was short, but this was only the prologue, the chapters will be MUCH longer!
