This is one of my first attempts at humour or at least something remotely funny let me know what you think cheers. OXO
Teal'c glared at the computer, an eyebrow rose sky high in confusion. He had been poked by Daniel Jackson. Grateful for the notification he tried to recall when the poke had occurred. It was most undignified for a Jaffa warrior to be poked and he didn't think Daniel Jackson had the skill to sneak up on him and poke him.
He reviewed the screen again; there was the option to poke back. Teal'c thought that notifying him of the poke before he'd completed the act would defeat the purpose. He would simply wait until Daniel Jackson had retired to sleep before completing his poke.
He remembered the last mission and felt certain Daniel hadn't poked him before then, the only time his guard had been down had been when he was in Kel'nor'eem. Although he hadn't thought his guard had been let down enough to let anyone enter the room let alone poke him.
Confused he left his computer and the social networking site that Cassandra Frasier had set him up on and walked to the canteen. Unless he thought relived it was another strange Tauri saying. He left his the canteen to go to Major Carter's laboratory. Arriving Teal'c noticed she was deeply engrossed in a project but nonetheless noticed he was there.
"Hey Teal'c what's up?" she asked, his brow puzzled as he considered the question.
"I believe immediately above us is the ceiling how far up were you referring?"
Sam smiled forgetting Teal'c still took things literally
"No what's up is a greeting; it means what's happening in your life today?" She explained, Teal'c nodded, he filed the information for future use.
"I need your assistance. I have been poked by Daniel Jackson, but I do not remember this event, are these Tau'ri sayings," she looked at him confused.
"Wait if you don't remember these events happening, how do you know they happened?"
"I was informed by the social networking site Cassandra Frasier set me up on" Sam began laughing,
"Thats not real Teal'c, it mean that in cyberspace the virtual Daniel has poked the virtual Teal'c" Sam explained
"Then I can take revenge on behalf of the virtual Teal'c" Teal'c decided leaving the room, nobody poked Teal'c even virtually without revenge. Sam stood to stop him but he was gone by the time she'd reached the door.
"Oh Boy" Sam sighed going to talk to Hammond.
Teal'c walked along the corridor quietly, peeking round the corner he saw Daniel Jackson was engrossed in some translations. He snuck in, getting closer and closer. At the last moment Daniel noticed he was there.
"Hey Teal'c" he greeted "You scared me there"
"Greeting Daniel Jackson, this is not a social visit. I am here to get revenge on behalf of another Jaffa who you have harmed" Teal'c told him. Daniel's eyes widened as he backed away,
"I'm sorry Teal'c please don't do anything rash" he pleaded, Teal'c came closer and closer. Daniel hit a wall, he closed his eyes bringing his hands to cover his face. He felt a sharp jab to the ribs.
"You have been poked Daniel Jackson" Teal'c informed him before returning back to his room, Daniel Jackson opened his eyes. Rubbing his ribs, that had hurt. Teal'c had a hard poke. He remembered poking him, an act of madness late last night. He was only relieved that he hadn't done anything worse.
Teal'c arrived back in his room, his computer bleeped. Deep in thought he became even more confused when his computer informed him Jack O'Neill had thrown a cow at him. Why O'Neill would want to throw an animal at him Teal'c didn't know. All he knew was that he hadn't been aware of such an attack. Surely he would have noticed a large mammal flying towards him. He left to find Janet Frasier surely she would know where to obtain a large bovine female...
