Max's POV
In two days everyone was going to the ball and everyone had dates except me. Ella with Iggy, Gazzy with Nudge, and Angle with Ari. I was sitting in my room thinking about who I should take.
Then Nudge brought in a phone and gave it to me. "Hello?" I said. "Hey, it's Fang, I was wondering if you would like to go to the ball with me?" he asked. "Sure," I said. Then we hung up.
2 days later
Fang came and picked me up at 7:00. I was in my dress and had my hair and make up ready. We walked downstairs in silence. When we got to the Ball we mostly talked.
After the Ball
When we got to my apartment door, we talked. Then Fang kissed me. I was shocked but it felt good. I leaned into it. "I love you," Fang said after he pulled away. "I love you, too," I said back. And we kissed again.
