Chapter 1 - The big, the small, and the orange box
"PRINCE!"
The teeny tiny Prince rushed to the call of his father, The King Of All Cosmos. Following the Prince was Nai-Nai, his boxy orange companion, who was trying desperately to catch up with her master.
"Nai naii!" She yelled behind the Prince, but he could not stop for anything when it comes to The King's orders.
The Prince finally reached the King's throne door, panting. "We are present..!"
Nai-Nai had finally fallen to her side as the throne door opened slowly, to which the Prince helped her back on her legs.
"Are you okay?" The Prince asked as he lifted Nai-Nai's lid to reveal her face.
Nai-Nai growled and pouted, "Naii!"
The Prince smiled at Nai-Nai innocently and carried her on his back. "Next time I'll do this, okay?"
He stepped into the King's throne room, walking across the long red carpet laid from the door to his throne.
"Aah...2 seconds late, son. I need you to be in my throne room within 30 seconds whenever I call!" The King exclaimed, giving the Prince his look of shame.
"Sorry, father. I guess my "stubby little legs" aren't as quick as you wish they could be." Said the Prince mockingly.
The King chuckled, "They are pretty stubby..."
The Prince gently dropped Nai-Nai on her feet as they reached the King's throne. "How may I serve you, your majesty?" Said the Prince as he and Nai-Nai kneeled.
The King cleared his throat and set his hands on his knee which was crossed over his leg. "Well...to begin...Prince, you are surely aware of my royalness..."
The Prince nodded, "Yes, his royalness."
The King continued, "My...greatness...my...fabulousness." The King set himself into a striking pose.
The Prince nodded awkwardly "Y-yes, his fabulousness."
"I must entrust you to a task, my tiny insignificant Prince." The King looked down at the Prince.
The Prince jumped from his kneeling position and looked up. "A task, your majesty?"
The King nodded. "Yes, the first task I've given you in over a year my boy."
"What is this task?" The Prince tilted his head.
"First off...this is something that you must, under any circumstance, keep from her!" The King pointed to The Queen Of All cosmos as she blindly picks flowers from her garden. "Your charming and beautiful mother..."
"But you know she doesn't like to have secrets kept from her..." The Prince pointed out.
The King interrupted. "Shall I explain the direness of the situation, Prince?"
The Prince paused. "Yes, your majesty! Please do."
