Victoria paced in the small office. It was her first day working in the science lab. She was always good in science through elementary school to college. Then her boss came out, "Victoria?" He asked placing his hands together. "I'll show you where you'll be working." He said, gesturing for her to follow him through the hallway.
She followed him down the hall and into a room with a familiar looking man. He was tall and lanky, with dark brown hair and eyes. He gasped. She jumped a little. "Victoria!" He spat sending her glares. Then she remembered him. Sheldon Cooper. They were rivals in college.
Victoria raised her eyebrows and crossed her arms, "Sheldon." She hissed. Her boss stood there for a minute, "Well... You two have a great day!" And he walked out of the room. A few minutes passed as they glared at each other. "So." She said walking over to a chair, "How's life been for you?" She said sitting down and crossing her long tan legs.
He stood for a minute, "Well Victoria. If you must know... I have a room mate... and an incredibly beautiful next door neighbor!" He said walking over to his desk, "What about YOU?" "Well Sheldon. If you must know..." She threw a piece of long brown hair behind her, "I've just moved here. I'm living with my friend Penny!"
Sheldon thought for a moment, No... this couldn't be the same Penny... Could it? He decided to not think about it and continue with his day.
Later That Day *After Work*
Victoria got home, said Hi to Penny, and changed into a pair of black booty shorts, a white tank top, and threw hair into a ponytail. "Hey Vick, can you take out the trash?" Penny asked from the living room. "Yeah." Victoria said walking into the kitchen and pulled the garbage bag from the can.
Victoria opened the door and stepped out. Then she looked forward and saw Sheldon. They both gasped. "PENNY!" Sheldon yelled pushing past Victoria and walking into her house. "Yeah Sheldon?" Penny turned and looked at him. "You never told me that SHE was your room mate!" He said folding his arms. Penny raised her eyebrows, "So..."
"Penny!" Victoria yelled dropping the trash, "You never told me HE was your neighbor!" Victoria said putting her hands on her hips. Penny stood up, "Okay.. Is there something I'm missing?" Penny asked.
"Sheldon? Are you okay?" Howard walked in, "I thought I heard you- Ohh..." He said looking at Victoria, "Helloo there.." He said looking at her up and down. Victoria rolled her eyes. Then Raj and Leonard walked in, "Penny, Who's your-" Leonard started, to be interrupted by Sheldon, "Prostitute?"
Victoria huffed, "Penny! How many creeps do you live next to?!" Penny smiled, "You'd be surprised."
Victoria walked into her room and closed the door. She didn't know it, but she got shivers up her spine. and not regular shivers...no...these were love shivers!
