The pod was finally heading toward the green mass of land that was North America. Jeff's heart began to pound with excitement as it inched closer and closer to Langley Falls, Virginia. He braced himself for impact as it crash landed in a forest close to the city. After crawling out of the hole it landed in, he took a moment to breathe before getting up. Thankfully, he landed close enough to the city to see that he was at the outskirts of town.

He began to run, his thoughts fixated on one thing: seeing his wife. His legs burned like never before, but he didn't care. When he finally got to Cherry Street, he was overwhelmed with happiness. Finally, he would hold the woman of his dreams in his arms again.

The house was in his purview. The emotion in his heart was overflowing as he rang the doorbell, riddled with anxiety. It was Francine who answered. Her shock was palpable.

"Jeff, oh my God! Hayley, get down here now!" She shrieked.

"Mom, what's wro-" Hayley's sentence was cut short as she saw her husband for the first time in months.

"Hayley!" He cried, running to his wife.

"JEFF!" They met and embraced one another, smashing their lips together in an erotic kiss. When he pulled back, his wife was crying.

"I can't believe it's you."

"I missed you, babe."

They were the words that broke her and hit home.

"I missed you too."

They held to one another, having a piece of forever in one moment.

"What happened to you?" She asked as they held hands and walked to the couch.

"They had me work in a schwarma place. The only way I could get off was to prove that they took me away from true love. There was this thing called the Majestic that invades your head and shows your memories. The Emperor made it only show the bad memories so that he could take away our junk. But I talked to the majestic and proved my love for you, and everyone got to see it. The Emperor was in love once with Roger, but got his heart broken, so he made sure the aliens thought love didn't exist. So I floated through space in an escape pod until I could get home to you."

"Oh Jeff, that is so sweet." She squeezed his hand.

Roger walked into the room, shocked to see Jeff Fischer. Overwhelmed with anger, Hayley punched the alien in the face over and over again. She only stopped when Jeff held her back.

"He isn't worth it." Hayley took a deep breath and then took her Husband's hand as they headed upstairs where, after months apart, they finally made love. As they laid in bed, bodies covered in a thin layer of sweat, Hayley kissed her husband with such tenderness and love that it was beguiling. She propped herself up on one elbow, and looked her husband in the eyes.

"I'm so happy that you're home."

"Me too, babe. Me too."
