The Survivors.
A/N: I do not own any of Starcraft in anyway, but the created characters are mine. Enjoy the story everyone.

It has been eight years since the defeat of the United Earth Directorate, the slaughter of the escaping survivors, and also the fall of Earth. Kerrigan, the Queen of Blades had taken the data and co-ordinates of the Milky Way Galaxy and silently expanded to the planet Pluto, eradicating what little population there was on Pluto. Kerrigan's forces had adapted to the cold weather, thus developing a much harder carapace. Because of this, the resistance to fire of the Zerg forces had dropped even greater. Kerrigan had amassed ninety percent of her force on Pluto and swarmed all the planets. All that remained were Earth, Venus, Jupiter with Mars falling more and more. Finally Mars had fallen with no survivors. Jupiter was next, then Venus. Over four hundred people had been able to escape to another galaxy.
What was left of the human forces hand gone through change as well, the gauss rifles had gone through many modifications, like increasing its chamber size from one hundred bullets to eight hundred and fifty with out worries of jamming, and ammunition was not fed through belts, but from magazines to prevent lock up and jamming. The bullets had been modified as to become sharp tip explosive rounds, where on impact the bullets would drive into the target and explode. The bullets had been upgraded even more after the explosive rounds. Before the bullet hit the target, it emitted a small burst of fire, exploiting the weakness of the Zerg. Due to this, Firebat training and equipment were lessened, thus changing a ground squad. Before, it had been four marines and four firebats, with two ghosts and medics. Now, it changed to five marines, three ghosts, three medics and two firebats.
Though the humans had gone upgraded their weaponry, Earth's army power had not been able to withstand the massive amount of Zerg that had swarmed Earth. There were only one hundred and twelve ships that escaped, sixty two of which joined the survivors from Venus and Jupiter to another galaxy. The remaining sixty two escape ships had gone to a deserted galaxy with six planets called the Orange Sky galaxy. It had received its name due to the orange space dust that sparkled and made the skies on the planets orange. The escape ships, carrying twenty people each had landed safely in the jungles of Thor, the largest planet in the galaxy covered in dense jungle, vast desert and deep water. The area in which the surviving ships had chosen to land in was a large clearing in the jungle, with a gigantic lake with enough minerals to last a few years. Among the survivors that had taken refuge in the Orange Sky galaxy were General Gerald "G.G" Green of North America's army, Vice Admiral Ben Allen of the Canadian forces, General Jennifer Chang of the Eurasian Alliance Army with numerous soldiers and the everyday average person.
This is their story. This is how the humans rise again. This is how they survived. This is how they lived on. This is how they dominated.
