Hi! This is my first story I'm Uploading! It's basically like Fairy Tail, but mot quite. The main Fairy Tail characters may appear, but they don't really have much to do with the plot. The main guild the story is focusing on is Fading Willow, my OCS guild. If you want to be in the story, just fill in the form I will put below.

Prologue

"Onee-san!" I heard someone cry out. In utter terror, I realized it was my younger sister. "Megu! Where are you?!" I called out, desperately searching through the thick rain. I ran around the forest, hoping to find her before something awful happened. "Raven! Onee-san!" I heard her wail. "Calm down! I'm coming to find you!" I yelled as loud as I could. I tripped over a tree branch and began to wheeze. I was having a panic attack. I couldn't find Megu anywhere.

I looked around and I suddenly heard a splash from the river nearby. "Megu?" I called out, walking towards the noise. I listened closely and hear gurgling from the river. Suddenly the world stopped. Megu had fallen into the river. Tear streamed down my face as I desperately tried to get to the river.

I panicked as I saw something floating down the river. I quickly jumped in, trying to get to it. I knew it was Megu. I could see her silver hair shining in the rain under the moonlight. I swam as fast as I could, tying not to get caught up in the river. I looked up to see the struggling Megu go limp. I felt my heart shatter.

I rushed over through the the waters, splashing and almost falling, trying to get to the limp Megu. I grabbed onto her small body and listened for her heartbeat. Nothing.

I pulled her over to the shore while I tried to stay up in the water. I began to give her CPR, hoping for a heartbeat. I repeated the steps over and over again. It got darker, making it hard to see.

I heard steady heartbeats after what seemed like forever. I sighed in relief, sobbing, while holding her in my arms. Suddenly the current began to rush faster. I tried to get onto the shore, but I couldn't. I pushed Megu onto the shore and let myself get swept away into the current. 'Stay well Megu. I hope you live a long, happy life. I know I won't be able to see you again, most likely, but I love you.

I woke in a cave. I felt something wrapped around me. It was pleasantly warm. I opened my eyes and saw black and blue scales on whatever was wrapped around me. Suddenly it dawned on me. I was in a cave with a dragon. I looked up and saw that it was looking down at me.

"Hello dear. I'm truly sorry for what happened last night." It said. From what I could tell, the dragon was a female. "I was passing by and saw you attempting to save your sister. Megu, right? I noticed how selfless you were, only trying to save your sister, not caring if you died to save her life. At that moment i decided you would be my slayer. You have a great deal of magic power in you. I hope you learn your new magic with pride and courage." she said.

I smiled up at her. "My name is Raven DarkWood. May I asked what your name is?" I felt happy. This dragon seemed to understand my feelings. "I'm Porrelth. I am the Dark/Black Star Dragon. It's a pleasure to meet you, Raven."

That was 9 years ago.

Hope you liked the Prologue of "Silver in the Moonlight." The Main character is Raven DarkWood. She has dirty blonde hair, turquoise eyes, and she is 15 years old. This prologue is Raven's backstory. She was 6 wen she met Porrelth. I'm not sure when I am able to upload chapters, but check them out when you can. This is my first story. Please let me know what I could do to make this better.
