"Two buckets of paint on the wall, two buckets of paint. You take one down, pass it around, 1 bottle of bucket of paint."
Red sky. Red eyes. Red paint. He fought the urge to scream. His bright yellow hair was stained with this red paint, as well as his clothes and skin. He looked back and forth, between his brother and his sister, trying to choose which side to take.
The man glared right into his eyes, blue clashing with red. His fingers danced and twitched by the handle of his sword.
"You are too late, Naruto. She's done for." He spoke fast and rough, as if in a hurry. He looked at the broken girl covered in that damn red paint, and he grimaced. "She deserved it anyways, the whore." He spat on the ground and turned to walk into the red sky.
Naruto lunged at Sasuke, reaching out to grab his neck. Sasuke swung to the side and slammed him into a wall. Blue met red once more, before a cry was thrown into the air. On and on they went, round and round, only stopping when they heard her speak in a shaky voice.
"One bucket of paint on the wall…"
Naruto grabbed Sasuke's arm and twisted it back as Sasuke grabbed his neck and squeezed hard. They were both in severe pain, but neither let up. The blue-eyed man, who was losing air quick, snapped Sasuke's arm back to his side and smirked as he heard him howl in pain.
"…One bucket of paint…"
Sasuke pulled out his gun and swiped in Naruto's direction. "You're still weak! You can't kill me! I almost had you, dear brother!" Naruto screamed the girl's name before launching himself at Sasuke in a flurry of punches.
"…You take one down…"
They fought on, tiring slightly but still going, as the wind turned cold. She was still conscious, and she knew what they were doing was wrong. A brother fighting a brother. It made her sick to her stomach. She rubbed her arms, before taking her hand and examining it. She saw the red paint.
"…Pass it around…"
She screamed at herself, 'Kill them! Kill them!', but she never moved. Oh how she wished they would die, oh how she wished. No more pain, no more noise. Breathing, it was a choice, not a need anymore. She wanted it to stop. She screamed out loud, covering her ears. The two brothers stopped fighting, but only for a moment.
She heard a loud 'pop!', and felt the red paint cover her body. She felt it. She knew what it was, because it was warm. She opened her eyes, and the alley was covered in red paint. She sat up a little more, and giggled. Her brothers' heads were right there, torn to pieces. She giggled again, before she shut her green eyes and laughed.
"No buckets of paint on the wall…"
Hm… I don't usually write this kind of stuff, but it was in my head. I kept singing this song, and this scene just kept popping into my head. I know it's short, but that's the way it's supposed to be. Wow.
