So I created this for GinTae week! Yay!
So this is actually for the last prompt about family.
But I have to post it now since I may never know when the internet connection fails.
Anyway I'm warning you that this is very short but meaningful.

He never told her how he felt when he saw her alive.
And fighting like the craziest woman he ever met.
They were in battle fighting for mankind from the wrath of his sensei and he knew many men would die if reinforcements won't come soon.
And yet they did, the reinforcements came along lead by a woman wearing a pink yukata, hair tied up and ready for battle with her naginata.
"Fight or die!" She screamed as she led men and women alike to the battle field.
He never saw a woman as beautiful and courageous as her that day.
And of course he did the most obvious thing everyone thought he would.
He ran to her to protect her from the incoming spears whom he would gladly hit with his sword.
"What are you doing here uncute woman!?" He shouted at her as they fight side by side whilst moving forward.
"What do you think? Stupid man!" She shouted back as she pierced an amanto's head.
"You're not supposed to be here." He told her as he blocked an incoming attack from his side.
"You do know well that I am trained to be here. Making sure none of my family dies." She told him as she sliced the amanto's throat.
'Geez you woman, stop saying things that make me want to protect you more.' Gintoki thought as he blocked Tae from an amanto with a kick.
"Stop worrying Gin-san, I won't let us die." Tae said as she grinned at him.
That made Gintoki stop a little, and fortunately for him no amanto tried attacking him at that time it would be unfortunate for the amanto who would do so.
Gintoki looked at Tae like he had just won a lifetime supply of strawberry milk.
He stared at Tae with a smile and understanding as he smashed the amantos head with another kick.
They continued on fighting until Gintoki asked…
"What do you think of Kenzou as a name?" He asked her.
Tae paused for a second remembering a single picture of her parents that she always keeps in her purse.
"It's perfect." She said as she smiled at Gintoki with tears in her eyes.
That was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, and we'll ever be.

So you must be a little confused after reading this.
Here's an explanation.
Otae is actually pregnant with Gin-san's kid.
Yep, that's the explanation and she told Gin-san about it while they were fighting.
And that's what Gin-san meant by the name Kenzou as a recommendation of their future child's name.
Also about the little memory of Otae and her parent's picture, she noticed that Gintoki picked the name with the combination of Tae's parent's name, Shimura Ken and Izoumi (I'm just assuming the mother's name since it wasn't stated yet).
