Off-screen day (Friday 27th October)

Prompt Used: Regina gets to say goodbye to Roland and he tells her that he wants to stay with her (can lead to her agreeing and changing the course of S6)

She didn't want to admit it but she was upset with Henry. She didn't get to see Roland before he left. It broke her heart. She'd already lost Robin and now to lose that little boy was too much to handle.

Standing in the town square, she was unsure what to do; it was coming over her again. The feelings of anger and lost, taking a deep breath she looked towards the sky.

She knew that Roland would be okay, he was in Sherwood Forest with Jon and the merry men. She knew that he would be safe especially now that he was away from her.

'Look at how Henry turned out' her inner Evil Queen whispers, 'running off with that girl. Trying to play the hero, he could have been hurt and then it would have been on you.'

"Shut up" Regina screams into the night.

'Nope, sorry; I am just saying what you're thinking' continues her inner monologue.

I hate when I get like this, thought Regina as she walked towards the bench across from the flower shop.

Why can't I just be content? She looks ahead as Emma and Hook walk hand and hand down the street towards the river.

No matter how hard I try to be good, it is never good enough, angry in her thoughts Regina decides in that moment to remove the doubt and evil from her life once and for all.

'You can't do that. I will not allow you to get rid of me' whispers the Queen.

"Well, it is not up to you, is it now" Regina is now talking to herself in the middle of town. "Oh, now you are speechless. Now is the time when you should be fighting for your life instead you are silent."

Regina continues on with her rant as the wind starts to kick up around her, 'well, it is not a good idea.'

Before Regina could answer her-self, thunder clapped in the sky and a swirl of pure light surrounded the sidewalk in front of the flower shop. "Now what?" asked Regina as she stood up and walked towards the door that appeared in front of her.

With a fire ball at the ready she aimed it at the door, it crashed open in the second that it took her to decide if she should call Emma and Hook from their romantic stroll.

"Whoever coming through this door just realize that you picked the wrong day to mess with me" she said to the entrance of the door.

"Gina" said the familiar voice of the sweetest little boy in the world.

Shock came to Regina face and the fire ball dissolved in her hand, "Roland, how are you here?"

It was a stupid question but she didn't what else to say and she didn't want to get her hopes you.

"I came for you, Gina" he said running to her and wrapping his arms around her waist. "Yeah, he is a very determined little boy" said Jon as he stepped out of the doorway as well.

Regina side hugged Jon as tears pickled her eyes, "he made a wish on a star to be with you. And the door appeared."

She looked down at the little boy on her hip in awe, he was amazing.

"I love you, Gina and I can't lose you to" Roland said to her as he looked up into her eyes.

"You are never going to lose me" she looked at Jon.

"Don't worry, I am not going nowhere" said Jon as he looked at the two of the three most important people in his best friend's life. "I am bound to you, Roland and baby Rose."

"What, he named her?" Regina asked as she picked Roland up.

"Yes, Papa loved her rosy cheeks so I said why not name her Rose and it starts with an R like ours," answers Roland.

"It is perfect, you are perfect and all mine" says Regina as her heart fills with love for the family she thought she'd lost.

It wasn't lost and it was all right here in her arms.
