hey i got the idear for this story with a battle me and i friend had on a peice of paper then ova MSN so this is for you ell's to show how much we rock aye!!
Harry is walking behind Draco to his next class when all of a sudden he hears a shout from Draco "Stop Following Me Potter!" I retaliate with
"Who says i'm following you!"
He answers back "I think it's quite obvious you are" we had just turned down a desolated corridor so it looked very much like I was following him now.
"well I'm not okay so where's your proof" not the best thing for me to say he starts threatening me with "well you are so quite it before I hex you!"
Before he had time to think I had grabbed my wand out and shouted stupefy at him. He just misses by a millimeter; he points his wand near me and shouts Incendio. I just dodge out of the way as the fire starts I quickly put it out with Agumenti and point my wand at his legs and shout Petrificus totalus. It hits his leg and he goes down. He says through gritted teeth "you will pay for this potter!"
Before I can answer I see he still has his wand so I shoot expeliarmius and his wand goes flying I quickly grab it and tell him in a cocky voice "you will never win Draco." He just shoots a glare at me but I just smirk back at him. As I was about to speak again Professor McGonagall walks in and asks us "what is going on here?"
I unleash my killer smile and tell professor that we were just talking and Draco dropped his wand so I picked it up for him. McGonagall Just asks me another question as to why he is on the floor and I simply tell her he fell over and that is how he dropped his wand and I was about to take him to the hospital wing to make sure he was okay.
Professor McGonagall takes him for me and I run of and hide his wand in the room of requirement and then walk back to Gryffindor tower and sleep.
The next morning I wake up and go down to breakfast and I see Draco there he notices me and walk over to me and demand me to tell him were his wand Is he grabs my tie but Dumbledore walks by and tells me to take him to where Malfoy wand is so I do and Dumbledore gave us both detention and that is were I am now instead of a nice date with Ginny. I really hate Draco Malfoy!
