Ever since they were little, Mitoko and Ikuto would do everything together. Until the dreadful day they were seperated.

Five year old Ikuto's gaze became puzzled as his chubby hand grasped air. His sister and constant companion was no longer beside him, which seemed complex to his concrete thinking mind. Although they were twins she was more of the older sister to him, born two minutes before himself. You could classify that as the older sibling of him and Utau. The protective warmth of her hand left though as he heard her muffled cries.
His head swam with confusion as he ran towards her only to be knocked backwards into the dirt.

Without being by her siblings side, her world became a white blur. She had no one, not even her mom and dad. What was going to happen to Utau and Ikuto? Even though Mitoko was little, she knew her place as the protective sister. Ever since they were born, she knew she had to protect them.

Ikuto's eyes filled with shimmering tears as he cried reaching out for Mitoko whom he fondly dubbed Miku. He could see her being carried away by some adults he didn't know, not to mention they were frightening with their shady appearances. No matter how many times he cried out she couldn't come back. "Miku, MIKU!" Ikuto sobbed pounding his little fists on the ground. Rushing out to grab her, but falling backwards again.

Mitoko could hear Ikuto, who she called Iku calling her. "Miku, MIKU!" She heard him cry, but she knew that she couldn't go back. She didn't even know these people, yet their parents just let them take her away. Mitoko looked at Ikuto and Utau one last time and said, "I'll see you again, I promise." After that, Mitoko was put in the backseat of the strangers car, and they drove away. Leaving Mitoko's family and memories behind.

Ikuto and Utau held each others hands tightly as the car sped away with their beloved Onee-chan. Neither would remember this moment due to the trauma. But this was only the beginning of a chain of misfortunes in the Tsukiyomi family.

Mitoko kept looking out the window until her old house was out of view. Mitoko hadn't realized she had been crying. She knew she had to be strong though, because she made a promise. And she was going to keep that promise. 'Someday we'll meet again.' Mitoko thought as she was on her way to her new life.

Several Years Later.
Ikuto sighed as he waited for Utau to stop screaming. He rolled his eyes in irration. "How long does it take to get ready for school?" He stated boredly. "Psh... Like you care! You look good no matter what you do!" Utau screamed again. He wasn't sure whether to be scared or flattered. Let's just seetle with crepped out. "Fine I'm leaving without you then.' He stuffed his hands in his pockets and walked out the front door. A crash indicated that Utau had panicked and had fallen down the stairs in attempt to catch up.

As Mitoko was arriving to her new school, she thought about the people there and how they acted. She was also a little depressed though, she was uneasy but more depressed. She had to leave all her old friends behind. 'I wond-' Mitoko didn't get to finish because she already arrived at her new school. "Have a good day." Her 'dad' told her. After she got out, he drove off to work. 'Well, here goes nothing.' She then walked into the school yard, not expecting the surprises that await her.
