KIRBY: The Story of QuadStar

A long time go on a planet far, FAR, away... (Who would what to be close to these maniacs!)

Lived a girl by the name of Alyssa. In her house. In the Village of the Moon. On a planet called QuadStar. And one day Alyssa explored the outer reaches of the Village. She saw a few other kids building a house.

"Who's it for?" she asks, wondering who would move here.

"He's a 'Kirby' or at least that's what it says in the Encyclopedia."

"What's his name?"

"Don't know. He's very young too."

Alyssa wanders away at that, and nearly trips over a certain pink puffball in the road.

"Hello." It says.

"Oh! Sorry about that."

"What's your name?"

"Alyssa. What's yours?"

"I don't have one..." he says, already crying.

"I'll be going home okay...Kirby?" she says, blurting out 'Kirby'

"Kirby?"

"That could be your name, okay?"

"Kirby! Kirby!" He cheers, hopping along like nothing happened.

"What just happened...?"

Over the next couple days, Alyssa saw Kirby peeking through her window. On the 5th day, she got a letter. From Kirby. It was an amazing drawing of Alyssa, Kirby, and the other kids bounding down to the big, wide ocean. On the 7th day she got a drawing of her and Kirby flying on a star. On the 8th day, she got a drawing of her and Kirby on the sidewalk showing the first day they met. Alyssa then drew on that 8th day just her and Kirby watching the stars together and slipped it under his door. Then the next day, she got a drawing of both them watching the little rabbits in the fields.

On the 10th day, she knocked on Kirby's door. When it opened, she saw Kirby's house was full of art supplies, a TV like her's, and a bed, with the star blanket she had made for him.

"Don't Look!" He squeals.

"At what..."

"I'm making really big project right now." He says before hiding in the covers.

After Alyssa leaves, she decides that she will write a story to go with the pictures.

In the story, she changes her name to...

Fumu.
