A/N: Just a little humorous fic that I decided to write. Many, many thanks to SoWhelmed for giving me the idea!
Cereal
Robin sat down at the counter in the kitchen of Mount Justice. It was Saturday morning, and the entire team had spent the night after a horror movie marathon. Robin was the earliest up, being used to the lack of sleep he got when he was patrolling with Batman.
Robin had barely gotten the first bite into his mouth when Wally zoomed into the room.
"Baywatch!" Artemis fired an arrow from the hallway, and Robin had to duck to avoid it.
"Rob, dude, you have to help me!" Wally pleaded.
"Sorry, Walls," Robin said. "You're on your own."
Wally scowled, trying to impersonate a Bat glare when he was tackled from behind by Artemis. "What did I do, Artemis?"
"You honestly don't remember?" Artemis growled. She picked Wally up in a wrestling-style move and threw him towards the couches, where Wally hit the back of Conner's shoulders. (Conner had come in a few minutes after Robin.) The clone roared and jumped at Artemis.
Robin hunched over his cereal, trying, for once, to stay out of trouble. He hurriedly shoveled his breakfast into his mouth, eager to get out of the kitchen and not engage in his friends' fight.
Kaldur entered the room with M'gann close behind him. "What's going on?"
By this point, Wally was trying to get Conner away from Artemis, and Artemis was trying to fight both Conner and Wally.
Robin? M'gann sounded nervous in Robin's head.
No idea, Robin thought back. I was already here when Wally and Artemis came in.
M'gann nodded. Kaldur was now trying to pull the three away from each other.
Should we do something? M'gann asked worriedly.
I'm content to watch, Robin replied nonchalantly.
M'gann floated forward and raised her arms. Her eyes began to glow green and what seemed to be a whirlwind of telekinetic power. Everything loose began to fly around the room chaotically. Robin had to grab his cereal bowl with one hand and use the other to keep himself from flying away.
He felt himself rising from his seat and was forced to let go of his breakfast to hold himself down. The bowl, and its contents, began flying around the room, and Kaldur ended up being hit in the side of the head with soggy cheerios.
Robin watched in fascination as his friends flew around the room before it registered that he should try to stop M'gann. He began fighting harder against the telekinetic force and struggled over to M'gann. Robin grabbed her shoulder to keep from flying away, but she didn't notice.
"M'gann! Stop!" Connor crashed into some cabinets and the broke from the force. "You're going to hurt someone!"
M'gann blinked, and her eyes returned to their normal color. Everything and everyone fell to the ground, and there was a crash of breaking glass as Robin's bowl broke.
Wally was the first up. "What was that?!"
"S—sorry," M'gann stuttered. "I—I—"
Kaldur placed a hand on the Martian girl's shoulder. "It is alright."
M'gann began to cry. "I—I lost control. I only meant to pull you apart."
"S'okay, beautiful," Wally said, putting a flirty arm around her.
Artemis rolled her eyes.
"It's alright," Robin said softly. "No one was hurt." He looked over at Wally and Artemis. "What were you two arguing about anyway?"
A/N: Even I don't know what they were arguing about. :P I never really thought about it when I wrote the thing. Hope you guys liked! Please review!
