These last moments
I couldn't watch as he ran toward you
I saw you brace yourself through the corner of my eye
It sucked because I loved you
I loved the way your hair fell
I loved the way your cologne smelled
I loved your smile
And I loved your style
The whole thing played out so quick
But it was a memory that would always stick
When he lunged you had a smirk on your face
He took a step back and you fell with such grace
The man I love was bleeding on the floor
Was this the way to even the score?
I ran to you, there was blood everywhere
I began to cry as I brushed away your hair
I was puzzled at your smiling face
I did not understand why you were staring into space
"You're beautiful" you said
I would remember this moment forever because you would soon be dead
"I've missed you so much" you said to the sky
This I when you began to cry
You were acting so weird and I didn't know why
Is this what it's like when someone is about to die
But soon it all made sense
Because you were always on the fence
"I love you Julia" you said with your last breath
And those were you're last words before you fell into the arms of death.
A/n: so what did you think I personally think that this is how the boiling point should have ended?
If you did not understand the poem pretty much Fitz kills Eli and then as Claire holds him during his final moments he declares his love for his ex girlfriend instead of her. I wrote this right after the end of the boiling point please review and tell all of your friends.
