harry potter and the weather
harry heard about a great race that was gonna happen and he wanted to join it but on the day it was too windy so it was gonna be cancelled
harry ran to the library and learned how to stop wind and went back and cast the spell and the wind stopped so the race happened again
"that was smart" said harry and he went to the race
