Chapter 1
Hikari puts Manaka on a bed to lie down. He knew that he shouldn't break the law but he couldn't let her hibernates for years and years. He just want to see Manaka again. All he wants is to see her smile again, is that too much to ask? He still remember that day like yesterday. It was started when they wanted to save Akari during the festival….
Flashed back
"Please don't take Akari away! She has someone that she loved waiting for her to come back!" But the Sea God did not listen to her and trying to pull Akari into the bottom of the sea. So Manaka decided to sacrifice herself to save Akari and please the Sea God.
Hikari managed to save Akari but he failed in saving Manaka. He thought that it was his imagination but he assume he saw Manaka was smiling at him. Then, the twister take him away and everything went black.
Now he finally found her and take her back to surface but Manaka does not wake up. Hikari look at Manaka and sighed desperately.
Miuna is sad of seeing Hikashi like this. She loves Hikari and sometimes she even selfishly think that Hikari shouldn't look for Manaka, as long as he believes that Manaka is dead, maybe he will began to look for his true love already, like her. But she was wrong, she didn't know their bond is so strong. Now all she can hope is Manaka could wake up again, so that Hikari will be happy again.
Suddenly, the door opens and a doctor appeared with Chisaki. Hikari was smiling in joy thinking that Manaka has a hope after all. "Doctor, please you have to wake her up! I will do anything for you!" Hikari begged at doctor.
Doctor nodded and used the stereoscope to check Manaka's condition. He was surprised at Manaka's condition because Manaka is very healthy. It just that he doesn't understand why Manaka cannot wake up in this condition. He just shook his head and went out.
Hikari is confused why the doctor cannot wake her up. "Doctor, how is Manaka?" Doctor just sighed and went out. In all a sudden, there is like a knife stab in his heart and he is crying in pain.
AAAAAHHHH! Sea God, you bastard! Why you take her away?! Why?! I hate you!" He keeps shouting and run away from the house.
Chisaki afraid that he will do something that he will regret and wants to stop him but Akari stops her and say "Let him go. He needs some time to think about it." Chisaki nodded and pray for Manaka and Hikari while Miuna just run away with tears in her eyes.
Chisaki realize it and frowned "So that's why….She is in love with Hikari….too…" She takes one last glance at Manaka and went out. "Please Sea God….please let Manaka wake up! She doesn't deserved this! Please don't do this to her!"
But they didn't notice that the messenger of the Sea God was staring at them sympathetically. "I am sorry….Hikari…"
