Hi! so I was busy thinking up ideas for my big fan-fiction over on Quotev called 'the Dracula family' series and I started thinking up little situations that sadly might not make it into the main fan-fiction but might make it in if I like it too much. the whole thing is Robin/Wednesday while Wednesday is Vlad's fraternal twin sister. disclaimer: I do not own the Addams family or Young Dracula.
first date - Addams style
Wednesday loved Robin. That was the reason she had asked him out on this date. Robin was one of the first people outside of family that didn't find her morbidly disturbing, and Robin was the first person who had become her friend. He was talented though was no teacher's pet, he found grace in her melancholy poetry, he knew exactly how to cheer her up. Robin Branaugh was the first person Wednesday Friday Dracula truly loved. So why was she nervous about their first date?
Robin loved Wednesday. That's the reason he agreed. Wednesday was the first girl who thought Robin wasn't a freak, found his obsession with vampires similar to her great interest in death. She was the first person to find beauty in his dark artwork, she saw plastic and cliché bloodbags for what they really were, knew exactly how Robin was feeling and how he wanted to be treated. Wednesday Friday Dracula was the first person who truly understood Robin. So why was he nervous?
As the two walked up to the cinema, their hearts quickened in pace. Perhaps it was the fact that they both wanted nothing but the very best out of that night. Perhaps it was the fact that they were standing so close, with no family or friends to get in between them, with loving each other with a love that was greater than love. Wednesday smiled at her date with a smile that, although small, was full of adoration and genuine happiness.
"What movie are we seeing, Wednesday?" the Branaugh child asked. He had his passport just in case it was something that was age-restricted as a 13, as many films the Addams heir deemed good were.
"Twilight breaking dawn part one. I know it's a dumb movie, but the only other option was home alone..." Wednesday shuddered.
They went in, paid for the tickets and bought some popcorn. Wednesday had sneaked in a bag of cockroaches which she sprinkled on the top of hers. This made Robin chuckle to himself. Taking a seat at the back of the auditorium, the two love-bats were chatting and laughing away by the time the movie started.
Wednesday curled up to Robin, and he put his arm around her. They stared into each other's eyes, neither breaking away until the movie was over.
""Wednesday, this has been the best date I've ever been on. Well, it was my first ever date, but you know what I mean. I guess what I'm trying to say is... would you go on a second date with me?" Robin stuttered, falling over his words. Robin had faced rejection his whole life, but this time it really mattered. If he was rejected this time, Robin didn't know how he was going to live with himself. Wednesday kissed him on the cheek. "of course. I'm not stupid, I enjoyed this date."
