So Genji went up to Silver III while Hanzo was stuck at Silver II. Hanzo became salty and he thought of killing his brother because he was one rank higher than Hanzo himself.

So Hanzo took out his Flame V bow and did some sick shots. So they had a tough battle with pew pew shurikens and they fought hard or whatever. Genji lost because he had mercy (No Overwatch pun intended) to Hanzo.
