Back story: My name is Nicole Parks, I live in Florida, I'm 5/7 I have brown hair and hazel eyes, pale skin, and insane curls. One day when I was 10, on vacation to the Bahamas, I found a cave, with a pool in it, I swam in the pool and that forever changed my life, it turned me into a Mermaid.
That was 7 years ago, now I am visiting the same place that gave me powers, something goes wrong and I was sent back in time, to the year 1870.
"mademoiselle, please wake up." said someone. I opened my eyes to find myself surrounded by people. Dressed in... Victorian styled clothing? Oh no. The moon pool, the whirlpool portal.
I must have got sent back in time, to France. I sat up and noticed my dress. I was wearing a Gothic Victorian outfit. Well good thing I chose to go with this instead of the Zombie outfit on Halloween. Now that I think about it visiting a magical place on a full moon, on Halloween, not the best idea.
I then got a closer look at my surroundings... am I in the Opera Populair? Oh great, things keep getting better and better.
"Where am I?" I asked. "The Opera Populair. I am Madame Giry." Oh, great. Now I'm in a fictional musical world. Perfect.
"I'm Nicolina." I said. I can't use Parks. "Nicolina Rey." I said. I stood up. "Madame, can I by any chance, get a job here?" I asked.
"Can you sing or dance?" Uh... "Yes, I can sing, I'm a little rusty with the dancing though." I said. "Sing something." he said.
"A dream is a wish your heart makes." I belted out the song.
"You have great voice Nicolina, you have room for improvement, but I will see what I can do." She said. She led me to a room. "You may stay here." She said.
I decided that I wanted to explore the Opera.
I walked out of the place, and heard some screeching, I ran toward the screeching climbing up the catwalk. I saw figure, the Phantom, about three feet in front of me.
I froze. Maybe if I don't move, then he won't see me.
He turned and saw me. "There!" I heard someone yell. Suddenly my wrist was grabbed and dragged into some where dark.
