Me and them,

The shuffling of a scratchy bag over one of their heads.

Darkness consuming me,

No sign of light.

My fear heightened as footsteps drew closer.

The danger is near.

Multiple breaths hitched.

Footsteps getting closer, and closer, and closer.

It's him

He stops, everything stops,

thus a blood curdling scream.

A shudder of fear and insanity.

I hear something plunging into the chest beside me.

Again and again.

Sobs echo through the darkness.

They go in one ear and out the other.

The scratching bag is more uncomfortable than ever.

You stop shuffling, you sense him watching you.

You can only imagine what he looks like.

Dark hair, slicked back, toned features, calm but unnerving.

The bag then comes off my head with ease.

My eyes are tight shut, awaiting an unfortunate demise.

Nothing but two breaths.

A disgusting metallic stench comes off the man towering over me.

The sick grin plastered on his face like the cheshire cat,

A whimper left my mouth.

Every moment is more unbearable than ever.

Bang.

The door shuts, my eyes open,

I look around the small concrete basement.

I catch my breath as i see bodies on the floor, lifeless.

Is it just me left?

I tirelessly struggle to break free.

Suddenly a high pitched scream gets nearer.

Two silhouettes are stood against the basement door.

One silhouette resists.

It falls to the ground in front of me, it's another hostage.

Should i run? No

Should i struggle or fight?

The door slams, my chance is gone.

I start to struggle in my binds,

The rope scratching against my wishes.

I can hear slight shuffling from in front of me.

Why am i here?

Who is it? Am i alone?

Like a miracle the rope snaps.

Is this my chance? Can i escape?

My hands fall to the floor getting ready to crawl.

I start to shuffle through the room.

Slowly i get up to a stone slab door,

Cold like ice.

The door opens with ease, it wasn't locked.

The warmth hurries in,

I feel it comforting my body.

My shudders come to a halt,

But there's no time to waste.

I run down the empty halls towards a door.

I open the door with a glimmer of hope.

A cold gust of wind blows my hair back.

I begin to tiptoe out the door.

My feet come into contact with a bushy mat.

At last i'm free…

.Bang!
