It's Raining

My memory is very diminutive, so I improvised. Enjoy it though, whether or not my memory is correct.

"It's raining," Mustang proclaimed. His face was tilted down, eyes shadowed by the visor of his cap. It wasn't just coincidence that it was worn that low. He wanted it that way.
"Sir… There isn't any…" Hawkeye attempted to reason with him.
But in his action, he refused any sense. "Of course there is, see?" And he let a tear drop on the grave. He turned from the small monument, looking up into the sky. He fluttered his eyelids several times as if rain were actually falling and then finally walked away. "I'll be useless today," he stated as fact, turning toward the army vehicle in which his subordinates (or at least most of them) awaited.
Hawkeye did not attempt to argue, but merely followed in his wake.
Of course it's raining, because nothing bad ever happens without rain. Besides, I only have bad days when it rains. It's always raining these days though. It makes me wonder if it'll ever stop. Yes, it's raining, because only bad things come with rain.
