Hey, for everyone else reading my other fan fic "how it all began" : i havent stopped writing that, its just taking me a while to come up with some ideas and this one just popped into my head and i had to write it

The CSI's were all invited to the annual New Years Eve party held at their local night club. Everyone was there and everyone was having a good time. Stella and flack were on the dance floor dancing to which sings the DJ played, Mac and Peyton were sat at a table talking, Hawkes was at the bar talking to some girls but Lindsay was no where to be seen. Everyone left what they were doing and they went over to the dance floor, where Stella and Flack were situated. Within seconds a few groups of different CSI departments had formed on the dance floor. Stella, Flack, Mac, Peyton and Hawkes were all in one group; there was still no Lindsay. Danny had been looking for her everyone in the building, eventually he extended his search to outside
"5...4...3...2...1... Happy New Year" Danny could hear everyone inside the building cheering and there was a slight sound of Auld Lang Syne. After 5 minutes of searching outside he was ready to go back in and join his friends with the partying. As he turned around he saw a pretty young lady on a bench. She was turned away from him, so it would make it easier for him to go up to her without much attention needed. He sat down next to the woman and kissed her on the cheek.
"Happy New Year Montana"
This is my first one-shot, i am used to writing fan fics with like 6/7 chapters so please be nice when reviewing
