My friend Sammie (sos154 on deviantART) and I were complaining about how much we don't like Romeo and Juliet, because we're both reading it for English. I mentioned how much more awesome it would be if it was Oz and Gil rather than Romeo and Juliet and we decided to rewrite it as an Ozbert fic. Yes, we are somewhat insane.

*The Nightray family is practically nonexistent, because of all the characters being shoved into different families. And the Baskervilles are feuding with the Vessalius's because it means we can have Glen and Jack be fighting, it makes sense, and it means Vincent can be Paris.
**Sharon and Yura are not and most likely will not be in this story. If you're upset about that, sorry, but it's how it worked out.
***Glenda is not a canon character. We couldn't think of anyone to be Jack's wife, so we just made him up a wife and gave her the feminine form of Glen as a name, because we are crazy fangirls.
