The blue skinned woman looked in the mirror. "Is…is this what I've become? An ugly, prince-crazed freak? Ugh!" She screamed, grabbing the mirror and throwing across the icy room. She broke down and slumped to the floor, crying hysterically into her hands. Her penguin Gilda sat next to her, patting the Ice Queen's arm in a comforting way. "L-leave me alone…I d-don't deserve you…" the Ice Queen said in between sobs. Gilda chittered, which seemed to make the Ice Queen calm down, even though she couldn't understand Gilda's penguin-language. "All I want is a prince to hold my hand and call me pretty…preferably Gumball…but that'll never happen! He likes Fionna more than me! Heck, he probably likes Lumpy Space Prince more than me!" Ice Queen said, laughing quietly and her own misfortune.
She can still slightly remember her past, and her lost love Simon. All she remembered was him, and the tiara. The rest was a haze. Marshal Lee told her about when she wasn't "crazy" (as he calls it) and how she helped him. She doesn't remember any of that. Ice Queen sighed and walked over to where she kept her diary. She skimmed through the pages lazily, until she came across a drawing she did of a man with a white beard, a crown, and a blue robe. Most people wouldn't call him attractive, but she thought he was perfect. If only he was real! I bet he would hold my hand, she thought dreamily. She hugged the diary to her chest, thinking of what her dream life would be like if she was with the man she named "Ice King". If only he was real…
If only…
