prologue

I always new I was different, but not in the way most people would understand. when people here the word different they think, the nerd at school, or the girl that's ugly with no friends. well I am the nerd. the thing is its hard not to be a nerd, because I'm not just a nerd, I'm the tag. ok so most of you are probably thinking what in the living earth is a tag, or your thinking oh so this book does not involve people, it involves food, and name tags. please don't think that because its not about food, or name tags. it does envolve humans. sense I'm a nerd I studied, I have a unique ability...I can control ice, so as I say again I studied. it took me five years so find out about why I was like this. I had to look into my past when I was born, I had to study every single dramatic, and terrible incident that had happened the year I was born. the year I was born was pretty calm, there were two murders, but there was one thing they said was nothing and it did not harm anyone. I'm assuming the goverment tried to hide it. two years later I figured out that it had affected twelve people, I had learned how to hack in mysterious ways, the thing is I can't tell you that because a hacker never shares there secrets. so back to the story. I hacked into the governments file (aka there were 789 files) so that took another year of my life to read, everything had seemed so terrible as I read threw every file and never found anything, until I was reading the 678th file, i was starting to just skim threw it, because I had lost hope, but I saw one word that cought my attention. "tag", I never knew why that word had cought my attention, but thank the living day lights it did there it was on the screen. " dew to the eps or also called elemental power supplys explosion, 12 kids have been discovered to have elemental gifts, we are looking for each one of the kids, but the elemental power is keeping them hidden, once we find the kids they will be put in a cell, and locked up for the rest of there lives, we will study them and figure out there capabilites, we have completely shut down the eps, and it will not be back on till further notice, we have also covered up the scene of the explosion, the goverment is fully protected and will not be discoverd, if we ever see one of these kids we will call them tags, and each one will be branded, once this file is open it will be completely wiped off the govermeng file" luckily I started at the beggining and wrote down every single word as I read it. write after I read it my computer completely shut down and was never able to activate again. so that's me I'm just a tag, but of you don't fill like calling me the tag call me ikia.
