As Quinn Fabray lay in her hospital bed, Noah Puckerman walked in. "You okay?" He asked. "Yeah guess so. Still sore," Quinn replied. Before they had a chance to say anything else Shelby Corocan walked in. "What is she doing here?" Puck asked. "Well," started Shelby, "I know you guys are young and are probably thinking about adoption and I just wanted to offer my services. Young families can be a hard road and I just wanted to see if you needed any help." Puck was starting to glare at her so Quinn decided to step in. "Thanks for your offer but I think we need to talk before we make any decisions." "That's fine. I understand. Just contact me when you make up your mind." As Shelby left Puck growled "There is nothing to discuss. I am keeping my girl whether you like it or not. When I saw Beth for the first time," Puck started, "I realised that is or should be my reason for change. You and Beth made me into the man I am today and I know I can change even more." "Puck, you cared for me when no one else did. During that time I saw how much you cared for your sister and it made me realise if that is just your sister imagine your daughter. So Puck, yes of course we are keeping our kid and I want to raise her with you." "Wait what?" asked Puck with his dopey smile. "I get to keep her!" Puck yelled in the enclosed hospital room. "Shush, Puck," said Quinn. Puck whispered "Sorry. And Quinn?" "Yeah?" "Will you be my girlfriend?" Quinn just looked at him before replying "Is the sky blue?" The two shared a beautiful, lingering kiss before Beth was brought in. Quinn nodded for Puck to hold her first. And as Noah Puckerman held his baby girl in his arm for the first time, he delievered a small speech that made Quinn's eyes water. "I love you Beth. I love you with all my heart just as I love your mother because you are my star in the midnight sky and you are my sun, your mother is my sky and I am the grass. I love you Beth and you and your mother are my everything." And those words lingered in Quinn's mind that night.
