Will Always Stay By Your Side

A poem in Kagome's POV. She is thinking about the love triangle between her, Inuyasha, and Kikyo. No matter how much Inuyasha cares for Kikyo the most, she will always stay by Inuyasha's side...No matter what.

Inuyasha,do you not see?

How I fell in love with you when I just

set you free?

I love everything about you,

Like when you are in a battle,

you cannot lose.

You may seem selfish and aggorant too,

But it doesn't matter,

Do I mean anything to you?

Or am I just your precious tool?

Fifty years, you have been betrayed,

I see you now Inuyasha,

In the Sacred Tree where you always go,

and where you last laid.

Your eyes are fill with saddness and sorrow,

If he sees me,then I will just say that I followed.

I wonder what made him sad.

Heck, I never saw him be glad.

Is he thinking about something

that made him waver?
How can I be stupid?

He is thinking of Kikyo,his past lover.

What do you see in me?

Do I mean anything to you?

Or I am just a tool to gather jewels shards,

and mostly set you free?

She and I are different,

I am mostly trust worthy,

while she said a couple of lies.

Which one of us do you want to see die?

Her powers are incredible,

All children adore her thinking she is lovable.

Even though I might be jealous of her,

I do not want to see you or her suffer.

She has her long black hair up to her waist,

I have mine to my mid-back,

Sometimes I think we are the same,

Like we never looked back.

I am always sweet and kind,

while Kikyo has piercing hazel eyes.

I feel sad for her tragic death.

She thought she was betrayed by the person he loves

is what I meant.

Sometime I wonder if he will go with

her to the depths of hell.

If he did it was my last straw.

I will go on the end of the cliff making it my last fall.

I cannot just sit her watching people lie,

it's too sad to see Kikyo die.

Our desires for you Inuyasha are the same.

Except she wants you human and I wish for you to remain the same.

Those words are there Inuyasha,

but I could not just say them,

you must examine my heart,

with words unspoken.

She and I have two divided hearts,

we have one mind.

Whether I am dead or alive,

I will always stay by your side.
