"She's so annoying," she scoffed when the girl had left the room again, "Always following me around. Honestly."
"You let her follow you, and the only time it matters is when there's someone around to hear your complaints," Eleanor commented bluntly.
Heat arose in Diana's face quite obviously as she glared at the stony-faced young girl next to her.
"What are you saying?" she demanded.
"You like her," she stated dryly.
"I- I've never!" And with that, she ran off in a huff, not noticing she had gone in the direction of Meg's lab.
"… to follow you," she ended, and sighed, not glad to be left to play airship by herself. Still, she stayed. There was nothing else to do.
Diana came back later, a letter clutched in her hands, and a devilish smile on her face.
