Stop Crying
He watched silently from the door as Ryoma walked from the stadium, his hat covered his eyes shelding any expression coming through. But Momoshiro saw it all, in his shoulders in the way he walked. He's been watching him for so long, it was second instinct to know that he was disappointed, that he couldn't play against that american player kevin. Maybe this is what he needed. Momoshiro sighed as he watched the rain come down and Echizen continue to play. It saddened him almost.
Momoshiro walked from the building each step bringing him closer to the small freshman. his heart beat wildly in his chest. Ryoma never noticed his senpai walk up behind him, the rain and the thud of the tennis ball is all that entered his mind.
"Echizen.." called Momoshiro, he got nothing. Momoshiro frowned. "Echizen.." he tryed again but still the freshman showed no reaction, he wondered what was going through the young freshmans mind. Momoshiro placed his hand on Ryoma's shoulder, and tried again. "Ryoma.." this brought a reaction, the racket stopped moving, and the yellow tennis ball bounced behind the two. Ryoma's shoulder tensed, he turned his head slightly.
"Momo-senpai" he said. Momoshiro said nothing and just looked at the freshman, his eyes racked over the young mans form, his eyes taking every detail, his eyes paused on his face. Something was wrong, he was crying, Echizen Ryoma never cried, sure he talked back and became cocky, and he may also become so silent that nothing could crack, by cry, Momoshiro had never seen this before.
"Ryoma.." Momoshiro sighed "Whats wrong?" the freshman stayed silent for a minute before he spoke, it seemed his voice held so much emotion.
"Nan de...Why? Why wasn't i chosen to play him, he came to fight me, he should be fighting me, i want to play him so bad, why wont they let me!" he said, each word grew in anger. soon Echizen was gripping his racket so tight he might have broken it if he had more physical power.
"Because you don't see it, the way he provokes you, you could end up doing something you might regret" said Momoshiro, his hand tightened on Ryomas shoulder. "It is a well thought desision, trust in them, they know what they are doing" he continued. Ryoma. The rain continued to poor.
"But..." he started but the words couldn't escape do to the large sob that came instead. Momoshiro sighed and pulled Ryoma to him, he felt the freshman cling to his now see through dress shirt. The freshmans tears mixed with the rain drenching him even more. Momoshiro tilted the freshmans chin so he could see into his eyes, and they shimmered with tears.
"Stop crying.." he said, his face grew closer to Ryoma's. "Stop crying.." he said his lips touched the freshmans cheek, they moved to the other one, and again he told him to stop crying. Ryoma blushed ten shades of red. Why was Momoshiro doing this? Momoshiro glanced down at the freshmans lips, then back into his eyes. He lowered his head, Ryoma's eyes became glazed. "Stop crying..." Momoshiro whispered against his lips before he closed the gap. Momoshiro pulled away "Stop crying please..." he whispered. Ryoma stared up at his senpai in surprise. Momo-senpai just kissed him, and he didn't mind! He blushed. Momoshiro smiled as the blush dusted the freshmans cheeks, he looked so kawaii!
"Lets go back inside.." said Momoshiro as he lead the blushing Echizen Ryoma back inside the stadium...
