They're lying on the floor, bodies tangle and breaths heavy and raspy.

Identical ivory chests inhale and exhale in a paired rhythm, making a beautiful encore to their symphony of shame and sin.

Sora's eyes are closed, trying to catch his breath as an adrenhaline induced knot blocks his throat, trying to suffocate him as if his own body is mad at him. He doesn't care; he just keeps breathing and trying to swallow down the metal knot of cords and skin that clutters his air pipe.

"Sora?"

A word is muttered and the boy's eyes cracked open hesitantly, because it hurts to look at him. But he looks anyway, because he's so self-sacrificing and he's the hero of every story. Sora stays quiet, breathing much shallower as he can hear the quiet crack of the termites and bugs under the floor. His eyes are fixated on the shadowed boy's face, strong cheek bones catching the light pouring from his shade-less window creating pretty yellow and black contrasts on his face and hair. A hand pulls him closer, scraping him across the matted rug as he finds murky cerulean eyes locked on him sincerely. Sora stops breathing.

"I'm sorry."

Roxas apologizes, and Sora's almost crying to because he's sorry too. Nothing was supposed to be this way, Roxas was supposed to live a normal life, and maybe get married to that Namine girl. But the reality is he's on the floor with his brother, done with something they should have never started. Sora is scratching at his eyes as he sniffles and pulls away, hands on his forehead as he hides him self from the blonde.

"Me too Roxas...It's all my fault."

Sora whimpers his eyes water and he screws them shut. he's starting to sob and it makes Roxas feel horrible. Sora's the older brother, if only by five minutes, but still. He's supposed to be there for Roxas, to push him down then help him up, and now...he just made everything so much worse. Roxas gulps down a sour whimper and a frown forms on his face. He pulls the male and connects their foreheads while trying not to cry, because boys aren't' supposed to cry.

"It'll all be better tomorrow." Roxas reassures and Sora whimpers, because he doesn't believe him.

But it is better tomorrow.
