Kath Richards, a 25 year-old Psychologist develops a rare disease called Psychohorrignosis. His terrors are his own, or so he thought. Venture with him as he ascends the Nightmare realm in search of his long-lost brother, who is able to see the same terror, but with a different aspect. Kath must use his training to get through the darkest side of his own mind, or else he dies.

I am Kath Richards, and he is me. I fear of all things for my safety, and those fears also fear for me. I am diagnosed with Psychohorrignosis, a rare new brain disease that attacks the spinial cord in an attempt to permanently destroy the brain, therefore trapping the victim in a state of Horrific Hallucinations. I have survived the major effect and am slowly coming off of my medication given to me after my surgery.
I never would have imagined that the effects of the disease would stay with me, so I write my expieriences in my journal. I loathe the effects, and I see the wickedness of the nightmare realm non-stop through my eyes.
I see the demons tampering with human life, I see the ghost's of loved ones reaching out to their families, in hopes of contact, I see everything. I have seen the impossible and coped with watching these horror's for almost 2 years, something strikes me as odd however, there is another like me, who has survived the disease and can see these horrors as well. I... I have to try and reach him, but first I must conquer what is to come...
