This is a songfic about Zane's struggles about being a Nindroid. The end will hopefully surprise you! Tell me who/what you thought it was about in the beginning in reviews! I wrote this late at night, so don't judge. Just enjoy!

I gaze into the bathroom mirror

Trying to see my soul

I know the emotions in my ice-blue eyes

Aren't real anymore

Sometimes I regret ever being made

I'm cheated cause I can't have a normal life

A life where living comes naturally

Where you can live and love and be someone

A life where you can breathe without feeling broken down

Broken down

A tear slides down Zane's cheek as he gazes into the mirror at his glowing eyes. No emotion even seems to be in them, just like he has no heart. For he's fake: he's mechanical. And that fact won't leave him alone.

The White Ninja of Ice feels shattered into a million pieces, like someone pulled out his heart and threw it onto the ground. He leaves the bathroom, his eyes looking at his feet as they shuffle across the wood floor.

You believe that I can just keep on living

No matter what gets in my way

You seem to think

Just because my emotions

Are operated by a switch

I can be calm during a storm

That I can climb the tallest mountain

And then beg for more

None of it's true

I can't breathe anymore

My false emotions have created a cage

Zane clenches his hands into fists. He doesn't want anymore of this pain. He picks up a photograph and smashes to the floor, the glass shattering all over the ground. A piece embeds in his hand, but it doesn't hurt. Seeing the smashed photo remains him of his own demolished heart.

Zane sinks to his knees and cries. Burying his face in his hands, he feels the fake tears slide down his ice-cold cheeks. He feels he should've never been made.

Now I understand

I was never meant to live

I was simply an experiment

Now that I've lived through the hell

Known as life

And it's destroyed me slowly

You don't even seem to care

And that's why it's gonna end now

After several long minutes of indecisiveness, Zane stands up and grabs a pre-packed suitcase. He knows it's time to leave. To pack up his pain and start a new life- a third life.

The Nindroid leaves the old workshop, stepping out into the cold of Birchwood Forest. Zane is about to leave the man who started this all behind. The White Ninja walks out deep into the forest. He doesn't look back.
