The cool of the night

Envelopes the open window like a shroud

You stand there

Moonlight gives your form a heavenly glow

I rise from our bed and hold you close

You feel me

My hands brush against

Your strong chest,

You cannot see me

But you feel my affection

Love

Power growing deep inside both of us

You turn

Kissing me

Allowing the passion from you

To pass into me

I know what you want

You know

You know what we both desire

Lying in that bed I guide you

Passion

Glowing

Blazing

The room enveloped in its fire

The afterglow outshines the moon

I rest my head on you

Brushing the hair from my face

I hear you whisper

Those three words

I love you

I know it

Have known it forever

Sleep overtakes us

I have no need to dream

My dream has come true

I have you

And that's all I need
