Chapter 1 Present- Aru O Mawashi (Alight be exist ) deep within Franora (a different Place-Okinawa)
"Hey, it's alcohol day are ya comin with or you're out?" a male voice yelled
"I'm out, forget it. Captain Commandant wants me to handle a few things before I do anything at all let alone get stupid drunk", Captain Commander explained
"But c'mon Maisaya, you're like the life of the party, why not have one drink?" He responded
"Nenji, please!" Maisaya complained
"Maisaya, I can drag you down here to this event-"Nenji had threaten her
"Okay, I'll get my duties done and over with so that you wont bug me alright?" Maisaya promised, not up to deal with his bullshit.
"Thanks sweetheart, you the best," Nenji was casually picking with her.
" Oh, there you are Maisaya, I was looking for you," her friend, partner in crime and the Captain Lieutenant Commander of Allumé-être, Kurenai Saku
Maisaya Akarui is just an average soul person, well more as a Konshōjō-ki (a soul purifier). This character has dark chocolate curly hair(which sports curly bangs and long hair that flows down to her back which is tied in a white bow), creamy skin color, eyes that are shape into a star-like dual eye color which is the outer is silvery green and the inner color is shimmering grey. Her frame is a medium, but her shape(even though she's in good shape) an hourglass, though she's curvy and she doesn't like a minute of it. Her height is 5'8'', her weight is 146 and her shoe size is a 7 1/2. Her position as Captain of Squad 8 of Second Division and as Captain-Commander is a serious responsibility that well even though she love her job, she hates the position she's in
Kurenai Saku is also a Konshōjō-ki, working along-side with her friend, Maisaya, to correct the balance of purity and impurity. Her status reads loud and clear, like Maisaya, as the Captain of Squad 13 of Third Division, also as Captain Lieutenant Commander. This character has jet black hair that has parted bangs with a stubborn one hanging in the middle of her face, she has pale but fair skin, her eyes are blue(and certain people in this story, like Nenji, does or will certainly take it for granted). She is a small frame, shape of an hourglass as well, and she's athletic. Her height is 5'7''(not far from Mai's), weight is 115 and shoe size is a 7 1/2 also.
Kurenai was suspicious because today it was Alcohol day and usually Maisaya was either drunk or she was getting there.
"You're not drunk yet, I wanna know why", Kurenai demanded
"Ummm, maybe its because Commandant asked me to a few things before I do so.
"Right..., but how am I supposed to have fun if I don't have my drinking buddy with me?
"Well you could help me or suffer at the hands of Nenji
"Uhhh, no thanks, i rather help a friend than being picked by one
"Always a friend of mine, so all i have to do is a sweep in the city, write a report and do a ecsort of yours truly",
"Wait the Leader of the Supernatural Council?," Kurenai squealed
The Supernatural Council of 12 members 6 lawmakers, 6 judges and one to lead and execute the final word. The SC consists of respectable, wise elders, some are elemental lord(or lady), some are preist(preistess), rest are shifters. They are highly known for not just their power but of ruling out the most notorious lawbreakers(however, depending how many are in a good mood they may let you off easy but otherwise than that then kiss your freedom goodbye.)
"Yes Him, but I am the one who was told to do that, my name was already metioned so its a Must," Maisaya advised
"I'll take care of the sweep, its been a while since I last seen it," she volunteered
"Then the reports are written, however, I have to let Commandant know the situtation before any of this gets tackled," Mai informed
"Ok, guess this means to suit up huh?," Kurenai asked
"Yeah, you are going on duty, need to look professional"
"Right gotcha"
The uniform is similar to the Shinigami uniform except their color is baby blue and black, although the Captains' uniform upper part only has one sleeve for the black top along with a white haori with a color star on the back (1st Division's color is Green meaning peaceful, 2nd Division's color is Rose meaning resilient and 3rd Division's color is Gray meaning one captain had explained it- this will be later in the novel-Bold). The first three ranks are required to wear an aguillette, one gold, silver and the other bronze. Captains with titles are recommended(required if Annual Inspection Management takes effect) to wear their rank to show seniority and the ranks are as followed in descended order: Commandant, Commander, Lieutenant Commander, Master-at-Arms, Regiment Leader, Battalion Leader, Company Leader(Alpha and Beta). The 1st Lieutenants are to wear a vest-like haori and a platnium badge, but unlike the Captains their color is a high light blue color and 2nd Lieutenants wear a gold badge. Seated Officers are also to wear a badge and this is how the the chart is assembled: 3rd to 8th seat wear a silver badge, 9th to 14th seat wear a bronze badge, all other seats have none.
