"Argh!" Sam let out a strangled moan and slammed her palms against the steering wheel. This was rewarded with a little half smile from the woman seated comfortably in the passenger seat, her arm resting on the open window and a hand partially covering her mouth as she regarded the driver with a hint of amusement shining in her eyes. "What?" Sam asked, the frustration she felt lacing her tone.
"Sam, it's a beautiful day, the sun is shining down on us, and we're headed to a secluded little cabin far away from civilization. What could possibly be wrong?" Janet asked, her grin growing ever wider.
Taking a deep breath, Sam leaned back onto the grey leather of her seat and motioned at the line of unmoving cars in front of them. "If we ever get there," she sighed loudly and hit the steering wheel again before running her hands through her hair. Glancing over at her girlfriend, she forced a smile and shrugged. "You know how I am with traffic, Jan. Besides," her eyes found Janet's and held them for a moment, "I was really looking forward to getting you alone."
Unbuckling her seatbelt, Janet eased her way into the driver's seat, eliciting a surprised giggle from the woman already seated in it. Wrapping her arms around Sam's neck, the shorter woman leaned down and kissed the taller woman briefly. "But we are alone, Sam," she whispered in the blonde's ear.
"Mmmm," Sam hummed in Janet's ear as she slid her fingers underneath the doctor's shirt and lightly caressed the cool skin she found on the small woman's back. "Maybe this traffic isn't as bad as I thought," she mumbled, her breath hot against the neck she had found poised temptingly near her lips.
Nodding, Janet reached down and slowly and methodically unbuttoned Sam's jeans and slid the zipper down. "I could make the time go faster, if you'd like," she said silkily, her tongue sneaking out and licking the earlobe nearby.
Sam drew in her breath as her eyes followed the path that Janet's hand was taking, sliding fingers first below the waistband of the underwear now showing. "Janet," the blonde hissed into the doctor's neck as her eyes slid closed and her breathing quickened. "Isn't this illegal?"
"You're not driving at the moment," Janet whispered back, grinning at the sounds coming from the woman whose lap where she was sitting. "And honestly, what policeman would stop staring long enough to give us a ticket?"
At that moment, there was a tap on the window. Both women looked up, their gaze falling on the amused face of a woman dressed in a police uniform, shaking her head back and forth as she asked the two women in the car to roll down the window.
