Duty and Coin
It has been four years since the valiant defenders of Azeroth stood defiantly against the scourge of all life: the Burning Legion and their undead henchmen.
Although the mortal heroes managed to defeat the insidious invaders, the price for their victory has been high. Chaos has claimed many a soul and left them displaced, home and shelter being nothing more but a distant memory.
Others who had more luck found themselves within relative safety behind the stone walls of Stormwind, hoping to restore some semblance of a peaceful life under the protection of the Alliance.
Yet the drums of war sound again.
With numerous new foes arising to threaten the already more than fragile stability of the realm, sleep has become a luxury. And with the rumors of increased Horde aggression, many have taken up arms and are preparing themselves for another showdown in the bloodied theaters of war.
It is a perfect time for those with duty and honor to shine as a righteous beacon of justice. It is a perfect time for those who seek money and power to claim it, whatever the cost ...
