Finally Free
I sat in the rocking chair happily soaking up the sun with my little Yuuki sleeping in my arms. I remembered how happy I was when my wife gave birth to our beloved little girl I had named our daughter Yuuki for some reason I had a feeling that I knew someone very precious to me called Yuuki. I wasn't sure where I could have known someone called Yuuki since I don't remember meeting anyone prior to when I woke up in those ruins with Hisako Kuran and her younger brother Kouki Kiriyuu there with me. They had told me that their mother had helped me I wondered if the Yuuki I knew was their mother or if I knew a Yuuki in another life. Whichever it was I knew I felt eternally grateful for Yuuki I felt that she was to thank for the happiness I have now and I also felt that for a long time I was surrounded in darkness with a terrible guilt on my shoulders and that she was the one that freed me. I felt my daughter stir in her sleep I looked at my little princess in my arms as she stared at me.
"I will always be with you Yuuki" I said as I nuzzled my daughter's head, I smiled as she went back to sleep 'And whoever you were Yuuki I thank you for bringing me this happiness' I thought as I watched a butterfly before closing my eyes.
A/N: I based this idea on the bonus chapter that took place after the manga.
