Maxine Nicole Reid was born on August 3, 1997 in Las Vegas, Nevada, 3 months after her father was murdered. Her mother shut down after that from a severe schizophrenic break, forcing her 16 year old brother, Spencer Reid, who had just finished college, to care for her and their mom. 2 years later, Reid had their mom admitted to a mental hospital. From then, he raised Maxine while going to more colleges.
When Maxine was 5, Reid got a job with the FBI as a profiler. When he goes away on cases, Garcia watches her for Reid. Garcia is the only one who knows about Reid's little sister until his 24th birthday.
Maxine is a genius, but Reid is smarter than her. He won't let her skip grades because of the bullying he received from being smart. She goes by Max and Maxie. She loves music and sports, especially baseball and soccer. She is known for playing match-maker with people.
The story follows Criminal Minds episodes a little, but since I don't own a single season on DVD and my DVR likes being full, I can't write out exact scenes or keep episodes in order(they will be in order storyline wise(i.e. I won't put 'The Fisher King' after 'The Boogeyman'). The first chapter is mostly original and has the location from 'Extreme Aggressor' and then the second chapter is 'Plain Sight'(because I just had to record and keep Reid/JJ cuteness) while the third chapter is mostly all my work of art!
