Dallas Winston, I Love You

PONYBOY'S P.O.V.
Dallas is standing under the street light. He pulled out his heater, his empty heater, pointing at the police. "NO! DALLAS, DON'T! I yelled. Running, full speed, I jumped in front of him, right as the police shot at him. Each and every bullet hitting my body.
Dallas said, "Ponyboy, come on baby, please don't die!" The gang ran over. "Dallas Winston, why did you try to kill yourself!?" Darry yelled.
" Johnnycake just died and I thought no one would care if I died." He replied. Two-bit's now stormy, gray eyes, filled with rage, "you know we all love you! You're our brother! Johnny's hero! Ponyboy's boyfriend! Now, because you did use your head, Ponyboy, is leaving us too! If no one cared Ponyboy wouldn't have taken all those bullets for you! You never think about anyone, but yourself!"

"You're right. I am so, so, so sorry." I replied. I put Ponyboy's head in my lap, stroking his hair. Ponyboy slowly closed his eyes, "baby, please open your eyes!" I pleaded. "I love you all," he said, "Dallas Winston, I love you." And with that he died. Slipping my ring on his ring finger, "I love you too." I kissed him one last time.
NE YEAR LATER
Dallas's P.O.V.
One year ago today Ponyboy died in this same spot. The rest of the gang must have sensed something was up, because they where standing were they where they standing in the same place, one year ago. "I can't take the pain anymore. See you all someday," I said. Raising my gun to my head, I pulled the trigger and fell in to a deep sleep.
I woke up and looked around. I spotted the Curtis house. Wait, didn't I shot myself. I kept walking to the house. When I got on the front porch, I walked in to the house, "anybody home!"
Right then Johnny walked into the living room. "Wait, didn't you die?" I asked, very confused. "Yeah and you committed suicide," Johnny said. "I couldn't take the pain anymore. So this is heaven?" I asked. "Yes, Dallas it is." I heard from my right, it came from Mr. and Mrs. Curtis. I looked into the front yard to see Ponyboy reading by the tree. I ran out to him. I cried, "Ponyboy!" He looked up and dropped his book, "Dallas!" I picked him up, pressing my lips to his, still kissing I spun him around. "I love you," I said, smiling.
Smiling back, "Dallas Winston, I love you!"
